The government has taken quite a number of attempts to develop status of women. It is reflected in the provisions like garment workers training and , their technical and vocational training, etc. Amount of female stipend has not been increased.  Women should have their separate share in the SME refinancing and creation of entrepreneurs in terms of rural entrepreneurship creation project. Increase of and allocation for Ministry of Women and Child Affairs would not get the development needs. Elderly allowance should be at 250 Taka per month by matching the inflation rate. Everybody has to realize that if women stays underdeveloped, then the country will not develop at all. In this regard, women led SMEs should get tax incentives, marketing, training and financial assistance. A women’s bank may be created in line with these requirements.
