This budget allocates 20% more in ICT sector than previous fiscal year which is a good sign in development sector. According to current arrangement BTTB is selling small amount of bandwidth to ISPs which increases bandwidth cost. BTTB should sale large amount of bandwidth to private distributors so that they can resale among small ISPs.

For back up our ISPs are using their existing VSAT connections as submarine cable do not have any backup connection. ISPs are paying additionally to subscribe submarine cable bandwidth which imposes additional burden on them.
