The lump-sum amount has increased. But the government did not mention how this amount will be utilized, etc.
There is specifically no allocation on agriculture research. This is  a concerned issue. Due to lack of adequate allocation in research, human resource allocation is deceasing.

In terms of money, the government may increase amount of agriculture credit, but in fact, allocation of agrticultural credit has decreased by 10% in last year.

Higher education had received the highest allocation. But its not mentioned whether science and technology will get the adequate amount of allocation or not.
In terms of agricultural subsidy, the government needs to workout well to find out which sub-sector will be prioritized, who will be benefited, etc.At present, the farmers are not benefiting from subsidy at all. We are giving much less than 10% agricultural subsidy that is aloowed under WTO.

The government has increased allocation in communication. But it may create syndicate in this sector.
Women’s education and employment has received allocation. This is a good sign though.
